For those of you who may not know this, Martin Wright passed away a short time ago.
Martin was a unique man, he was a veteran, handicapped, cripplied, had Parkinson's disease and in constant pain but an enthusiastic detailer who shared everything he knew with anyone who contacted him.
Sorry that we did not get to know Martin Wright better, but once he learned of the INTERNATIONAL DETAILING ASSOCIATION he contacted us and said,
"I want to contribute to the betterment of the detail industry and immediately joined."
You can get a glimpse of who this man was by checking out his post here on the IDA Forum titled, "Sales & Marketing." It is a challenge to all in the industry.
Certainly he is a loss to the industry and his family.
Our sympathies go out to his family.

| Wow, great post... I "met" Martin through his YouTube videos (m22wright) only a few days ago and it inspired me to enter the detailing business. His heart for truly helping people came through each video and gripped me. Fortunately his nephew is carrying on his tradition of helping customers and new detailers, and you can see his nephew's on YouTube at (george230). Unfortunately I'm stunned by all the regulation in California - if anyone can send me information on the "real deal" when it comes to mobile detailing in CA, I would appreciate it.
Thanks, Brian |
